Our policy lasts 5 days. Once your 5 days are complete, we shall not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, ensuring there is no damage. You can still send it back if you opened it; just make sure there is no damage.
We’ll refund your order or exchange with no questions asked if you’re able to send the product back to us within 5 days from delivery. The delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
