PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural events, courier delays, or holidays.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, LIT Coffee only ships within India. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at sales@litindiancoffee.com.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. LIT Coffee cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
DAMAGES
LIT Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at +91-9686995189 to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
